  • Select a visit time via your smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working webcam.
  • Discuss real life problems and create a treatment plan with your provider.
  • Visits are secure, confidential, and compliant with all medical privacy regulations.
  • Standard data rates may apply to visits via cell phone.

What to Expect

  • When you select “Schedule Appointment,” you will be given the option to log into your Presbyterian MyChart account or create an account.
  • Once you log into MyChart, select Virtual Behavioral Health as your appointment type to schedule. The next questions will guide you to a Virtual Talk Therapy appointment, or if more appropriate, a Virtual Medication Management appointment.
  • You must complete eCheck-In prior to your appointment. To avoid delaying your appointment, please complete eCheck-In from MyChart or appointment reminders a few days prior to your video visit.
